Position Summary:
As a Real Estate Administrator your key role is supporting the operational and administrative needs of our company. You will ensure the smooth functioning of daily tasks, including document management, client communication, and coordination among agents, clients, and other stakeholders. The role often involves multitasking, attention to detail, and knowledge of real estate procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.
- Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, and local market conditions.
- Follow up with clients regarding their needs, contracts, and pending approvals.
- Coordination and Scheduling
- Organize and maintain schedules for real estate agents, brokers, and office staff.
- Handle invoices, payments, and financial records related to property sales or leases.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and operational.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and real estate laws.
- Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi). Prepare Tenancy contract, Form A, B, I, F.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including contracts, agreements, and property listings (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
