Admissions Assistant (Temporary)
The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Admissions Assistant to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful school.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Admissions Assistant to join our team at The British International School Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will deliver outstanding customer service, qualify enquiries, manage admissions records, and support events, re-enrolments, and safeguarding checks. The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional to make a real impact in a dynamic school environment. Please note that this is a temporary role lasting three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing professional and welcoming customer service.
- Respond promptly to new enquiries, qualify leads, and ensure accurate information is shared about admissions, curriculum, and fees.
- Maintain and update the admissions database (CRM), ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Support ADEK student registrations, safeguarding checks, sanctions checks, and other compliance requirements.
- Assist with re-enrolment by liaising with parents, following up with non-respondents, and supporting retention efforts.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to support school events, inductions, and family visits.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to reflect the school’s values and deliver a seamless admissions journey.
