Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Admissions Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for student enrollment, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate course and admission information.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain student records and support them with administrative needs.
- Coordinate with academic staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education admissions preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Ability to meet monthly sales/admissions targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
