Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Afghani Roti Maker who specializes in making traditional Afghani breads such as naan, sheermal, taftan, and roghani roti. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of dough preparation, tandoor usage, and bread baking techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare dough using traditional Afghani recipes.
- Operate and maintain a clay tandoor (oven).
- Make different types of Afghani breads (naan, sheermal, roghani roti, etc.)
Requirements :
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the cooking area.
- Work with kitchen team and follow food safety standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in traditional bread making.
- Knowledge of tandoor operation and dough consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good physical stamina and personal hygiene.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
