As an HR Intern in our Human Resources Division, you will get an opportunity to assist in functions like recruitment, immigration, onboarding, training, compliance, etc. which in turn helps our business to serve the customers in safe and reliable operation of critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic Speaker.
As an HR Intern a typical day might include the following:
- Call candidates, schedule interviews, and keep detailed hiring documentation
- Work with the new hires, third parties, and outside counsel to coordinate international moves
- Coordinate and improve processes related to onboarding
- Support with HR projects
- Learn about and apply broader HR knowledge to solving real business challenges
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events
- Manage HR documentation
- Create HR presentations and information
- Coordinate and produce training sessions
- Assist with HR-related reports
- Help in resolving employee concerns and queries
- Other duties as assigned
