Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality retail tenants aligned with the mall’s positioning and target market. •Identify potential tenants and conduct market research to assess retail trends and competitor activity in Dubai. •Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, renewals, and tenant fit-outs. •Prepare and manage lease documentation in compliance with local laws and regulations, including Ejari requirements. •Collaborate closely with mall management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth onboarding. •Monitor tenant performance and occupancy rates, proactively addressing vacancies or lease expirations. •Provide regular reports on leasing activities, market trends, and financial performance to senior management. •Maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders in the Dubai retail property market. •Ensure all leasing activities comply with RERA and other regulatory standards in Dubai.Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. •Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably within Dubai or the GCC region shopping malls. •Proven professional experience working with Yardi property management software is highly preferred, with strong skills in database management and report generation. •Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. •In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s retail property market, laws, and regulations including Ejari and RERA. •Ability to analyse market trends and financial data to make informed leasing decisions. •Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. •Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
