Position: Baker (Bread & Croissants) – Nauru
Location: Republic of Nauru
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Nauru, specializing in artisan breads and croissants. This is a unique opportunity to bring your craft to an international setting while working in a professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and croissants on a daily basis.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Follow established recipes while also contributing creativity and innovation to new products.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and strictly adhere to food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in bread and croissant production.
- Solid knowledge of dough fermentation, lamination, and professional baking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and genuine passion for baking.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
