Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and personable Barber to provide haircutting, shaving, grooming, and styling services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern and classic hair trends, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, trims, and shaves according to client requests and preferences.
- Offer beard grooming, styling, and maintenance services.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles or grooming options based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the shop according to hygiene standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, styles, and techniques.
- Manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients efficiently.
- Promote and sell grooming products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role.
- Knowledge of different hair types, cutting techniques, and styling trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and hygiene habits.
- Certification or training from a recognized barbering school (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
