Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team and guide clients through our Immigration and Visa services. This is a client-facing, target-driven role focused on outbound calling and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via outbound calls using provided leads.
- Explain immigration/visa services and schedule consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client communication.
- Ensure a smooth and professional visa and immigration service process.
- Follow communication scripts and adapt to client responses.
- Support the growth of the organization with a transparent, results-focused approach.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in telesales, consulting, or business intelligence (any industry).
- Experience in Outbound Tele Sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a bonus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Able to meet or exceed targets within deadlines.
