Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas in khorfakkan.
Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
- Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a cafe
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Food handling and safety knowledge.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
