Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up with leads to drive property sales and leasing
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle—from listing to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, mortgage advisors, and legal support
- Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and regulatory changes
- Represent the company at networking events and property exhibitions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market
- Proven track record in direct property sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and market dynamics
- UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
