Position Overview:
As a Broker/Real Estate Agent at Way Real Estate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in one of the most vibrant business districts in the city. You’ll be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential or commercial properties, guiding them through every step of the process. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
- Property Listings & Showings: Market properties, conduct showings, and negotiate offers to close deals effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Networking & Lead Generation: Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring deals are finalized smoothly and successfully.
- Paperwork & Documentation: Manage all necessary documentation, contracts, and paperwork involved in the buying, selling, or leasing process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not required. We’re open to both experienced agents and motivated newcomers looking to build their careers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-Motivated: A strong work ethic, goal-driven, and able to work independently to meet targets.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market or a strong desire to learn.
- License: A valid real estate license (or the ability to obtain one, depending on local requirements).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using real estate platforms and tools to manage listings, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients.

Only Commission based (up to 70%)
