With advanced IT infrastructure (CRM, automated funnels, WhatsApp integration) and strong marketing support, each broker receives exactly as many leads as they can process effectively and with high quality. This ensures focus on real clients and successful deal closures.
Responsibilities
Consult clients on real estate investment opportunities in the UAE.
Promote and close distressed deals and other high-return projects.
Manage client relationships through CRM and guide them throughout the full sales cycle.
Conduct property viewings, participate in broker tours, and attend developer presentations.
Work with international clients (Russian-speaking, English-speaking, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi/Urdu, etc.).
Maintain a professional presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with full support from our marketing and media team.
Achieve personal KPIs (number of leads handled, meetings, and closed deals).
Requirements
Sales experience (real estate, banking, investments, or luxury sector preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build trust with clients.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi/Urdu are a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a competitive market.
Residing in the UAE or willing to relocate.
