Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional for our agency and broker engagement initiatives. This role is vital in cultivating and expanding relationships with brokerage partners to drive property sales. A deep understanding of the UAE real estate development landscape is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Key Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for all Agency, brokerage partners, and key accounts.
· Strategic Network Expansion: Design and execute plans to broaden and fortify our broker network across the UAE.
· Broker Onboarding: Identify and integrate new real estate agencies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
· Reactivation Initiatives: Implement targeted strategies to re-engage dormant or underperforming brokers.
· Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and support broker-centric campaigns and events.
· Engagement Activities: Organize events, training sessions, and property tours to enhance broker engagement and drive conversions.
· Performance Monitoring: Track broker performance metrics, providing insights and reports to senior management.
· Compliance Assurance: Ensure all broker activities adhere to company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales or broker management within the UAE real estate development sector.
· Track Record: Demonstrated success in broker acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
· Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE brokerage landscape and RERA regulations.
· Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills.
· Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
