Key Responsibilities:
- Grill and cook burgers to the highest quality standards, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including patties, buns, and toppings, to ensure menu items are always at their best.
- Develop unique burger recipes and experiment with flavors, garnishes, and sauces to enhance the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up with trends in the culinary world to continuously improve the burger offerings.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff in burger preparation techniques.
- Proven experience as a Burger Chef or in a similar position in a restaurant or kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Creativity in menu design and burger presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
