- Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff; lead by example during prep and service
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and specifications
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and help with ordering supplies
- Collaborate on menu planning and seasonal specials
- Step into any station as needed to support the team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
