The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting manpower supply services to clients across various sectors including construction, oil & gas, and more.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Promote the company’s manpower supply services to clients in different industries.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry-related events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure timely mobilization of workers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to manpower supply.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the manpower or recruitment industry.
- Strong network and understanding of UAE/GCC market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
