We are currently seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Manager for our client, a contracting company with one of the country's leading master developers. The role will lead the on-site execution of major civil and infrastructure works for large-scale residential, high rise and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day construction site operations across civil and structural works. - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor to ensure efficient workflow. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control in accordance with client and developer standards. - Ensure compliance with all local regulations, HSE standards, and project-specific specifications. - Provide technical input and decision-making on civil works, including earthworks, foundations, roads, drainage, and utilities. - Conduct regular progress reviews, reporting, and resource planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - Construction management experience, preferably on large-scale residential, high rise and mixed-use developments (British or European construction background will be advantageous) - Proven track record of working with Tier 1 or 2 construction companies - Strong understanding of civil and infrastructure packages within a fast-paced construction environment. - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
