Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 2 years UAE experience in construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the project engineer or manager
- Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers
- Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness at all times
- Assist in planning daily work schedules and material requirements
- Conduct quality control checks and rectify any issues immediately
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Must)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE construction projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of local authority regulations is an advantage
- UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
