Role Overview
As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring the timely completion of fit-out and renovation projects. You must be able to manage work independently and maintain project standards from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out/renovation work at project sites
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution
- Take ownership of material ordering and on-site inventory management
- Lead and motivate the construction team to maintain quality and safety standards
- Communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects
- Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Proactive in material procurement and project logistics
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage
