Job Opportunity: Civil Supervisor at MVH Technical Services
MVH Technical Services, a leading provider of technical and construction solutions, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to high-quality projects in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site teams, including laborers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Valid driving license (mandatory for site visits and project coordination).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer skills (preferred).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
