As a Client Relations Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining strong connections with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service before, during, and after their property transactions.
Role Overview:
The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing concerns, following up on transactions, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey with PSI
- Handle client inquiries, provide information about property listings, and guide them through the process
- Support clients during and after sales/leasing transactions, including documentation and property handover
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly with a professional approach
- Maintain updated records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collect and report client feedback to help improve services
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, After-Sales) to deliver seamless service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, customer relations, or real estate support roles
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
