We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator & Digital Marketing lady to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting clinic administration.In addition, to post stories, take content of the clinic and work closely with marketing team. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
- Register new patients and update existing records in the system.
- Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ schedules, and procedures.
- Assist patients with insurance forms, billing inquiries, and payments.
- Take content for social media platforms
- Manage the Instagram and social media accounts
- Digital Marketing experience
Administration & Support:
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
- Support clinic management in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and clinic policies.
- Assist in organizing clinic activities, meetings, and staff coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar receptionist/administration role (preferably in healthcare/clinic). and in aesthetic clinics.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).(any extra wlil be valuable)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
