We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with Programming knowledge to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components and to make necessary files. The ideal candidate should have experience working with various materials such as metal, wood, and acrylic, and a strong understanding of machine tools and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (metal, wood, acrylic).
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cutting/bending files.
- Prepare files
- Load materials and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with design and production teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a CNC operator
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.
- Immediate Joiner required.
- Knowledge of Autocad software
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge to prepare and make files.
- Familiarity with CNC metal bending machines, CAD file making, cutting file making
- Strong knowledge of acrylic, CNC machines, wood CNC Machine, metal CNC
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
