Community Manager – Skills & Requirements
- Certification: CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or equivalent professional certification. ( will be advantage )
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably within Owners Associations or similar community management organizations.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of RERA laws, Dubai Jointly Owned Property Law, Owners Association regulations, and community by-laws.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, service charge collections, and oversee financial reports.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Experience in supervising service providers, contractors, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.
- Resident Relations: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle owners’ queries, resolve disputes, and maintain community harmony.
- Operational Oversight: Skilled in supervising security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance operations to ensure smooth community functioning.
- Reporting & Documentation: Proficiency in preparing management reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team of staff and service providers to deliver high-quality community services.
- Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with facility management software, MS Office, and community management platforms.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English
