Job summary
Marhaba Auctions is recruiting 3–4 experienced Consignment Sales Executives to grow our vehicle consignment pipeline across the UAE. The role focuses on sourcing vehicles for auction, building and managing seller relationships, negotiating terms, and coordinating with auction operations to ensure timely, profitable sales. Successful candidates will have 2–3+ years’ experience in the UAE automotive industry, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate in English plus Hindi/Urdu (for Asian hires) or English plus Arabic (for Arabic hires).
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source vehicle consignments from individual sellers, dealers, fleet operators and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sellers; act as the primary point of contact for consignors.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle appraisals and advise sellers on reserve pricing, expected market value and auction options.
- Negotiate consignment agreements and terms (fees, reserves, inspection timelines).
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, condition reports, documentation collection (title, service history, IDs) and logistics for auction intake.
- Liaise closely with Auction Operations to ensure smooth handover, listing accuracy and timely presentation at auctions.
- Prepare and manage consignment paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Update CRM with leads, activity notes, pipeline status and follow-ups; maintain accurate sales records.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs (consignments secured, total value consigned, sell-through rate, margin).
- Follow up after auctions to manage payment/settlement processes and collect seller feedback.
- Represent Marhaba Auctions at industry events, dealership visits, and customer meetings when required.
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to help define pricing and inventory strategy.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the UAE automotive industry (sales, dealership, fleet, re-marketing or auction experience preferred).
- Proven track record in sales and trade negotiation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE vehicle registration, transfer processes and typical re-marketing documentation.
Languages
- Asian candidates: Fluent English + Hindi or Urdu.
- Arabic candidates: Fluent English + Arabic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the stated languages are required.

- Comfortable with targets and commissions-driven roles.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Valid UAE driving license — mandatory.
- Own car — advantage (preferred for faster field coverage).
