Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our perfume company. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all client requirements are met—especially for customized perfume packaging and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects on a case-by-case basis, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with vendors for product updates, deliveries, and quality assurance.
- Follow up on products and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Have a good understanding of fragrances and perfume-related products.
- Arrange customized bottles, boxes, and packaging as per client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organize and maintain project documents, samples, and product records.
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong fragrance knowledge and interest in the perfume industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
