We are currently hiring a construction site coordinator, who can manage administrative work for multiple locations, and ensure all activities are conducted in a timely manner. The site coordinator must be able to meet his objectives while maintaining the company policies, and communicate well with site engineers, Finance Team and Procurement department.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, incidents, and safety logs.
- Coordinate on-site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and staff.
- Provide clear instructions and support to staff and contractors on site.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all site-related activities, including daily logs, reports, and timekeeping.
- Shortlisted candidate must be able to speak in Urdu/Hindi. Arabic speaker would be an advantage.
- Shortlisted candidate must also be able to join immediately or within 15 days notice period.
