As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, manage strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the corporate sector.
Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager will focus on acquiring and managing corporate accounts, negotiating high-value contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients and vendors. The role requires a proven B2B sales professional with the ability to design effective sales strategies, close complex deals, and deliver consistent business growth in line with UAE commercial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure B2B clients in hospitality, aviation, events, logistics, and travel industries.
- Develop and present tailored corporate transportation proposals to meet client needs.
- Lead negotiations with senior decision-makers to secure profitable long-term contracts.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Contract & Compliance Management
- Prepare, review, and manage client contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and commercial regulations.
- Liaise with legal teams to minimize contractual risks.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with key service partners and suppliers.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and negotiate improvements or renewals where necessary.
- Ensure operational efficiency through optimized vendor agreements.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, especially C-suite clients.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through regular engagement, service reviews, and performance updates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Team Collaboration & Market Expansion
- Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives to launch new services and enter emerging markets.
Reporting & Market Insights
- Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analyses.
- Provide insights for pricing strategies, market positioning, and service development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or fleet-based services.
- Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and corporate sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office applications.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
