AL GHURAIR CONTRACTING & ENGINEERING WORKS LLC (AGCEW) is currently looking for:
COST CONTROLLER
- Prepare in Candy CCS the cost breakdown structure and target budgets for each job on-hand project.
- Allocate project task codes and cost codes on the Budget BOQ.
- Controls and monitors project total expenditure including verifying and checking the Consolidated cost to ensure that all project expenses are properly recorded.
- Overall monitoring of Project costing and maintaining it within the Budget.
- Prepares monthly basis Cost Report for all projects on-hand.
- Creates and posts Subcontractor P.O on Build Smart for necessary approvals.
- Must be essentially proficient in CCS/Candy Software
- Must have 5 years of demonstrable experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Cost Control in Civil Construction Industry in UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.
NOTE: Interested Applicants must currently reside in UAE and possess proven work experience in the construction industry within the country.
