We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CRM officer to join our team at Purvanchal Real Estate Developers LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relations from booking until handover, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The role requires familiarity with real estate CRM tools, excellent communication skills, and strong follow-up capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC Management: Ensure all Know Your Customer documentation is collected and verified as per company policy.
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment collections and maintain follow-up schedules.
- Issuing Receipts: Generate and send official payment receipts to customers.
- Welcome Letters: Draft and send welcome letters to new customers post-booking.
- Demand Letters: Prepare and send demand letters as per payment plans and construction milestones.
- SPA Signing Coordination: Prepare all customer documents required for the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), Schedule appointments with customers and invite them to the office for SPA signing. Coordinate the in-office signing process and ensure all documents are correctly signed and filed.
- Oqood Registration: After SPA signing, register the unit under the customer's name on the Dubai Land Department (DLD) portal via Oqood. Generate and provide the Initial Contract of Sale to the customer.
- Sales Reports: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Customer File Handling: Maintain physical and digital records of all customer documents and transactions.
- Construction Updates: Coordinate with the site team to collect progress updates and share them with customers regularly.
- CRM Calls (Inbound/Outbound):
Manage all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Offer accurate information, address customer concerns efficiently
- CRM Email Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- SPA-related Support: Address all customer inquiries related to the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- Customer Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns until project handover.
- CRM Tools: Utilize and maintain the company's CRM software for tracking leads, communications, and customer history.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably within the real estate sector in Dubai is must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
