We are seeking a results-driven Project Sales Manager with a strong network and experience in identifying, pitching, and securing new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the construction industry, developers, contractors' government/private sector procurement processes, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, government).
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, government bodies, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Lead project acquisition efforts including preparing proposals, attending bid meetings, and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential projects and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
- Maintain CRM and track pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and reporting.
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and execution teams to prepare winning proposals and tenders.
