Customer Relation Executive (Immediate)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive who is proactive and client-oriented to join our team. This role will act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while contributing to client retention and business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for both existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and outreach to uncover new business opportunities
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to boost satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead client meetings and deliver compelling presentations about our services
- Partner with the sales team to craft customized proposals and close business deals
- Meet established monthly sales goals and performance indicators
- Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all client communications and sales efforts in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software
