Due our quality driven apprach we are looking for exceptional and experienced temporary Customer Support Agents to be part of the Holidays Company.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Support Agent, you will be required to investigate and action enquiries, concerns and requests from customers who have already made a holiday booking via our Sales department or our website.
- To act as the first point of contact for all post reservations.
- To liaise with internal departments to ensure that the customer's query is resolved within agreed timescales.
- To attend training to maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- To undertake ad hoc admin duties as required

Skills and requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience working in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent computer knowledge.
- Existing travel experience is a must.
