Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with property listings, site visits, and documentation
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth customer transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company listings and market trends
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience ( UAE real estate experience )
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
