Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Delegate Sales Manager to lead the delegate sales function across our portfolio of conferences and events. The Delegate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, managing the delegate sales team, driving ticket revenue, and ensuring that target audiences are effectively reached and converted. This is a hands-on, results-focused role with strong leadership and commercial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the delegate sales strategy for all assigned events.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of delegate sales executives to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify key audience segments and implement effective outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Generate delegate registrations through outbound calls, emails, and digital marketing collaboration.
- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to specific delegate profiles.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for lead generation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event topics, industry trends, and competitor events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Assist with on-site event registration and attendee support when required.
Reporting and administration:
- Monitor and report on delegate sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and progress reporting via CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare post-event reports with performance analysis and delegate feedback.
- Manage the sales calendar, team KPIs, and weekly performance meetings.
- Work with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in delegate or ticket sales, preferably within the B2B events or conference industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support on-site events.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
