Are you a people-person with a knack for sealing high-value deals and building lasting brand relationships?
We are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager who is ready to pitch, partner, and power up revenue through strategic sponsorships for our exciting events and media properties!
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Sponsorship Sales – Prospect, pitch, and close deals with brands that align with our event portfolio and platforms
- Build & Nurture Relationships – Be the go-to for sponsors, offering tailored solutions that meet their brand goals
- Create Winning Proposals – Craft compelling decks and proposals that make sponsors say “Yes!”
- Own the Revenue Target – You're a closer! Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship targets
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with marketing, content, and production teams to bring sponsor deliverables to life
- Stay on Trend – Keep an eye on industry shifts, competitor activity, and new monetization ideas
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship or B2B sales (events/media/marketing industry is a big plus!)
- A natural storyteller who can pitch creatively and confidently
- Solid network of brands, agencies, or decision-makers in the region
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A go-getter attitude with the hunger to exceed targets and grow
