We are hiring a Digital Content & Social Media Executive, responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions for our company . He/she would create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet marketing goals.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Social Media
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Design posts, reels, stories, and carousels using brand guidelines
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
Video Editing & Basic Animation
- Edit short-form videos (reels, promos, project highlights)
- Add transitions, branding, music, subtitles, and visual effects
- Create simple motion graphics or animations (bonus)
Email Marketing
- Design and send marketing emails or newsletters using tools like Mailchimp
- Write subject lines, preview texts, and track campaign performance
- Organize email lists and support segmentation efforts
Content Support
- Assist in content planning and reporting
- Help manage media libraries and campaign assets
- Stay up to date with social trends and creative formats
Requirements Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, VN, or Adobe tools
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion design is a plus
- Familiar with email marketing platforms
- Solid understanding of what makes content engaging
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
