Job Overview
As a Director Family Office & Corporate Sales at Emirates NBD, your role is to drive sales of ENBD Asset Management funds via institutional and family offices clients, the unit overall needs to raise assets across a wide product mix with strong levels of persistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding set sales and revenue targets based on the business strategy.
- Direct client sourcing across key segments.
- Maximize number and maintain flows to funds and segregated accounts.
- Ultimately maximizing the contribution to unit profitability.
- Maintaining a high retention rate of existing clients, while successfully expanding the current client base to drive revenue and exceed targets.
- Achieving high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service, advise, tailored solutions, and responsive support.
- Adhering to all relevant regulations and ensuring the teams compliance.
- Effective leadership in a motivated skilled and high-performing sales team.
- Ensure suitable funds are promoted and distributors have full knowledge of upside and downside risks.
- Encourage longer term investment.
- Discourage churning of products.
- Negotiating suitable sales incentive schemes to stimulate external sales teams.
- ensure all incentives are profitable for Asset Management.
- Ensure incentives are appropriate and compliant.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in fund management, distribution and/or sales within Middle east or Far East
- Comprehensive industry knowledge of the intricate relationships between family offices and institutional sources.
- Strong existing relationships with a client base in the UAE, GCC and Asia.
- Experince in fund structuring, investment management and sales.
