Responsibilities
- Manage and provide support for all DLI HR Works modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, ESS, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Reporting & Compliance.
- Administer biometric and time-attendance devices, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
- Integrate HR Works with the Infor ERP system to enable seamless payroll processing and cost allocation.
- Configure and maintain workflows, notifications, and user access controls to ensure system efficiency and security.
- Deliver training to HR users and provide second-level support for Employee Self-Service (ESS).
- Prepare statutory, compliance, and custom HR reports as required by management.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS administration, preferably DLI HR Works.
- Strong functional HR domain knowledge (payroll laws, WPS compliance).
- Technical experience with SQL Server and application servers.
- DLI HR Works certification or vendor training is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
