- Maintain controlled documentation and correspondence to ensure up-to-date document control system
- Ensure all controlled documents/correspondence are registered and transmitted correctly within 24 hours of receipt
- Assist with the review process for project-controlled documentation in line with project procedures
- Assist with the approval procedure to receive sign off on project-controlled documentation
- Assist with maintaining quality of documents
- Logging of all Correspondence, Drawings, Procedures, Standards, Specifications, Vendor Drawings, Purchase Orders, Data Sheets, Manuals, etc. and generate internal transmittal for internal circulation of the same.
- Co-ordination and control of Engineering Documentation, QC Documentation (Inspection Records), Suppliers Documentation, Subcontractors Documentation with Client/Contractor as well as internal review approval of Subcontractors documentation.
- Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
- Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
