- Marketplace Management – Handle seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, etc., including listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Product Optimization – Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions.
- Order & Inventory Handling – Track orders, manage stock levels, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ad Campaigns & Deals – Run sponsored ads, flash sales, and platform-specific promotions.
- Performance Monitoring – Analyze platform dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) for reviews, ratings, returns, and performance metrics.
- Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales.Identify and reach out to potential bulk buyers.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on refurbished laptop models, specs, and warranties.
- Sales Calls: Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails, guiding clients through the purchasing process.
- Order Processing: Take client orders, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate order details.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Negotiation: Offer pricing, promotions, and bulk discounts to close deals with clients.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on progress to management.
- Customer Support: Address client questions and concerns about products or orders.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure availability and timely delivery.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in the refurbished laptop market to better serve clients.
