Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV (CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Intercom, AV Systems, Fire Alarm, BMS) and IT solutions (Networking, Servers, Cloud, Security).
- Meet and exceed sales targets through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in facilities management, real estate, construction, and corporate sectors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the presales/technical team to ensure accurate solution design and costing.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling additional solutions.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends within the UAE market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in ELV/IT solutions within the UAE service industry.
- Strong network of clients in real estate, facilities management, contracting, and corporate sectors.
- Technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Fire Alarm, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of SIRA, Civil Defense, and UAE regulations for ELV/IT systems.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
