We are looking for a smart and reliable professional to manager front desk duties, provide direct assistance and support to the Executive Management and assist in administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception tasks: welcoming visitors, handling calls and responding to social media/email inquiries.
Executive assistant with secretarial duties and be available after office hours when required
Administrative & Operational support: Document handling, supplier/client coordination and maintaining legal records. Operational supports such as visa processing, hotel/flight reservations and related coordination
Requirements:
Strong communication & multi tasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
Trustworthy, organized and flexible with work hours
Prior experience in administration and/or the travel industry preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
