General Summary or Job Objective:
The EA will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively managed, internal and external communications are professional and timely, and strategic priorities are executed efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Overseeing general office and administrative processes for the CEO’s office.
- Coordinate and follow up on key projects, board meetings, and leadership team initiatives.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, including compiling background materials, agendas, and briefing documents.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Liaise with senior executives, clients, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and act proactively to support business priorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
