Job Description
An Executive Lounge Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for guests in the exclusive executive lounge of a hotel or similar hospitality establishment. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations, supervising a team, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Engage with guests, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Manage VIP arrivals and special requests.
Supervise daily lounge operations, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail service.
Ensure lounge cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, Front Office) to maintain high standards and resolve issues.
Monitor guest traffic and manage seating for comfort and privacy.
Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality and presentation.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
Qualifications
Typically 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience in food and beverage operations is highly valued.
