Job Opportunity: Experienced Quantity Surveyor (Tendering Department)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Joining date: Immediate joining preferred.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Tendering Department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tendering, cost estimation, and project coordination within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in quantity estimation for buildings, commercial and private villa’s
- Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tender documents and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering. (Abu Dhabi region)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Quantity Surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and methods.
- Excellent proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS office, planswift, etc.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
