Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Management Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional service across our diverse portfolio of 5-star hotels, malls, schools, villas, factories and commercial buildings.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Coordinate daily facility operations across multiple client sites
- Oversee service delivery for janitorial cleaning, maintenance, and technical services
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor 24/7 service operations and emergency response procedures
Team Coordination
- Supervise cleaning staff, technicians, and support personnel
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation across service teams
- Support the 7-day onboarding process for new employees
- Facilitate communication between field teams and management
Client Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients in hotels, malls, schools, and commercial properties
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments
- Address client concerns and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Support contract renewals and service expansions
Administrative Duties
- Prepare service reports and performance documentation
- Manage work orders and service requests
- Coordinate with procurement for supplies and equipment
- Support invoicing processes with 30-day payment terms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or related industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in scheduling and management software
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MEP maintenance, HVAC systems, and electrical work
- Knowledge of pest control and waste management procedures
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or educational facility management
- Certification in facilities management (IFMA, RICS, or equivalent)
