Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Executive with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with calendar management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including visitor logs and membership files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and other front office activities.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, tidy, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front of House, Receptionist, or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fitness customer service environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or front desk software.
