We are seeking a highly experienced LS Retail Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects across the Retail, Hospitality and other core Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management. The consultant will act as a functional lead, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and participate in full-cycle LS Retail and Business Central implementations
including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, training, and go-live
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and map client requirements to LS Retail & BC functionalities.
- Configure LS Retail POS, Back Office, and Head Office modules.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time.
- Perform data migration, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide user training and create functional documentation including FDDs, SOWs, and user manuals.
- Provide expert-level support in LS Retail POS, Hospitality, Mobile POS, and E-Commerce channel scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central functional consulting.
- Strong Knowledge of retail, hospitality, and core Business Central modules will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end implementations of LS Retail.
- Knowledge of POS, Store Operations, Replenishment, Offers & Promotions, Loyalty, and Omni-channel integrations is a plus.
- Experience with LS Central for Restaurants / Hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft or LS Retail certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in teams across cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with partners or customers across the Middle East, Europe, or APAC is a plus.
- Willingness to travel, if required, for onsite project phases.
